We understand that cash flow is difficult to manage (and by the way, cloud apps can help you with this too). Rather than paying annual accounting fees in one lump sum, our service agreements tailor your payments to your cash flow, whether that means monthly or something else.
First, we need to understand your business. Once you sign up we will meet with you to understand your business needs & desires, your vision of the future, and the software and practices that you have currently adopted for your business. We will briefly show you some of the latest software applications. This is also a perfect time to discuss any questions or concerns you have about your business or tax situation. We can video call, so you can be anywhere in the world, but if you prefer you are welcome to come to our office in Medicine Hat AB.
We will schedule a follow up meeting to allow us time to digest the information from our last meeting. We will present different options (at different prices) with varying application recommendations and accountant involvement that are each relevant to you and your business. Ultimately this puts you back in the drivers seat!
We will then sign an agreement to establish the services we will provide and the terms of payment for the fixed price. We typically bill monthly so that you can have a smooth and predictable cash flow. Remember all of our service agreements come with a satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please let us know so we can make it right!
